    TPU 90A MJF, also known as Ultrasint TPU-01, is manufactured using MJF 5200 Industrial 3D Printing. It produces parts that are both tough and flexible, capable of efficiently absorbing shock with excellent elasticity. Leveraging cutting-edge multi jet fusion technology, this material does not necessitate support structures during the manufacturing process, allowing for the creation of parts with unrestricted design freedom. TPU 90A is suitable for functional components like shoe soles, grippers, enclosures, and tools that require flexibility.

  • Industrial Grade Quality

    Directly from production, this material exhibits a matte raw grey texture. Its surface is slightly rougher than MJF nylon PA12 parts. TPU 90A MJF is available in its raw grey state or dyed black.

    PA 12 for SLS exhibits a unique combination of toughness and strength in thicker sections while remaining flexible in thinner areas. It boasts good biocompatibility, high thermal and chemical resistance, making it suitable for highly functional prototypes and end-use applications. When used in sufficiently thick parts, it can endure demanding conditions such as drilling, impact, and prolonged exposure to outdoor elements.

  • Professional Quality

    Freshly produced, this material has a matte white texture. To enhance the finish of all our Nylon PA 12 components, we provide bead blasting as a default option, resulting in a polished matte appearance. Additionally, we offer various colour options, including black, red, blue, yellow, and orange for this material.
